Same card: who, what, which channel, who owns it. Ack on the channel they used. You work the list.

Do not add a fourth inbox
If the fix is another app, you have made it worse. Plug the doors you already have into one place.
List every place a customer can ping you. If it takes more than thirty seconds, book a call.
